Garlic Wine Pork Chops: Pictures
On Thursday I stumbled across a Pinterest pin for a Garlic Wine Pork Chop that just looked delicious! So last night I made it for the family and it was a huge hit. Here's the pictures I took while cooking.

le Bistro Montage
Went to le Bistro Montage for the first time a few weeks ago and it was DE-LIC-IOUS. They are a fine-dining Cajun style restaurant who happens to be famous for their Alligator Jambalaya and their creative To-Go containers. Here are the pictures I took (it was a very dark restaurant so the pictures came out a bit grainy):

Bridal Shower Pictures
This past Sunday I threw a Bridal Shower for my sister and her partner. I spent two months planning, organizing and test running the menu. And then cooked Friday night, all day Saturday and the better part of Sunday morning putting the final touches on everything. I was so busy cooking I didn't have much time to stop and take pictures. Here is what I did manage to capture on film.

Herb & Gruyère Mini Quiche
Too many yummy choices.
We picked this one.
We just decided to do w/o crust - so it's more frittata like
Ingredients
Chop and saute green onions with garlic
Whisk eggs and milk
1 cup chopped Rosemary, Thyme and Basil
3/4 C grated Gruyère
Mix all together
Put into mini muffin pans (well sprayed with Pam)
Bake 20 minutes at 375*
(I added crumbled bacon to some)
Pull out using plastic spatula or fork
Enjoy!
