Salted Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/4 C brown sugar
1 C white granulated sugar

Cream the above together on hight for 5 minutes until smooth.

Add 2 eggs (one at a time, mix well)
Add 2 tsp vanilla

Reduce speed and add:

1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 2/3 C flour

Mix well and add one bag Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips

For chewy cookies - chill for at least 1 hour

Drop spoons of dough on greased cookie sheet. 
Pinch of Sea Salt on top of each cookie dough ball. 

Bake at 350* for 18 minutes

  1. Are they good? Do they satisfy the sweet and salty craving?? I just make ccc with the dark chocolate bits...not sure what I really think about them!
