We just decided to do w/o crust - so it's more frittata like |
Ingredients |
Chop and saute green onions with garlic |
Whisk eggs and milk |
1 cup chopped Rosemary, Thyme and Basil |
3/4 C grated Gruyère |
Mix all together |
Put into mini muffin pans (well sprayed with Pam) |
Bake 20 minutes at 375* |
(I added crumbled bacon to some) |
Pull out using plastic spatula or fork |
Enjoy! |
